As a coach, I've seen firsthand the struggles many of my clients face. One client, Jennifer, came to me feeling overwhelmed and stuck in her career. "I'm working 60-hour weeks but still not getting ahead," she confided. "I feel like I'm on a hamster wheel, exhausted and going nowhere."

Another client, Mark, was battling imposter syndrome as he started his own business. "Every time I land a new client, I'm terrified they'll realize I don't know what I'm doing," he shared. And then there was Lisa, who felt paralyzed by perfectionism. "I have all these ideas, but I never follow through because I'm afraid they won't be good enough."

Most people struggle with feeling stuck, battling self-doubt, and have a hard time with overcoming perfectionism as they try to achieve their personal and professional goals resulting in self-sabotaging behavior.
